Her journey—including a midlife ADHD diagnosis and the rollercoaster of perimenopause—deepened her commitment to helping others reclaim clarity, vitality, and self-trust.
Blending integrative health coaching with EFT/Tapping, flower essences, Yoga Nidra, and Human Design, Jodi’s work supports the deep inner shift from overgiving and burnout to grounded, soul-led living. She also assists her husband, Randy Gates, in guiding transformational breathwork events—bringing her steady presence and intuitive care to powerful group experiences.
